Work at startup
My main task here was to redesign the entire platform and branding approach to improve the product's user experience and visual appeal. The startup work process is usually very fast-paced and requires quick research and solutions applicable to the current market. This is a type of work where every day brings you a new challenge to overcome.
I worked directly with the product and the development teams to achieve the set goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Design Process
Old Design
At the moment I joined the team, the main hypothesis was that the current design negatively affected the metrics and perception of the product. Conducting various surveys proved that hypothesis. It was also necessary to improve the overall visual appeal of the brand and develop a modern distinctive style for it.
Research
A large respondent base made it possible to conduct qualitative and quantitative research. Both UX studies with tasks for respondents and CX studies were conducted to understand the market and the user.
Wireframes
Before the design itself, we created a few prototypes for new UX logic testing. These prototypes were also used for qualitative studies to better understand the user.
New Design
Branding
First, the company's visual style was changed to improve overall visual appeal and interaction with the target audience. Choices made in this process were tested with audience surveys.
Components
When the set of components was clarified and the prototypes were approved the application components were created. With the addition of a description of states and possible stylistic changes, these components were transferred to the development team.
List of tutors
As one of the main platform sections and a huge monetization tool, the tutor list was among features we focused on the most. Redesigning it improved the platform payment conversion and made it easier to find windows in tutor schedules and to pick the time of your lesson.
Design review
Profile - an interface that displays user profiles, both students and tutors. It allows you to know the user better, for example, similar hobbies. That makes communication and language exchange much easier.
App publicastion
Video conference interface was among the hardest parts of this porject. It took a lot of time to study and test. It also required condcting a substantial amount of surveys
Results
Redesigning this platform turned out to be a complex and interesting task. As a result, the product metrics were improved and the project paid off.
